Return Policy
LumoVista’s Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your projector as much as we do. But if you find yourself unsatisfied, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Just follow these steps to ensure everyone is as happy as possible:
Step 1: Talk to Us First
Before you hit the “Return” button, give our friendly customer service team a shout. They’re great listeners and problem-solvers. We’re confident they can resolve any issues you’re facing, and we’d love to help troubleshoot or send a replacement before jumping to conclusions like “Refund!”
Step 2: Provide a Valid Reason
If after speaking with our amazing support team, you're still not feeling the projector vibes, no worries. We do offer a full refund if you provide a valid reason for the return (saying it “clashes with your décor” might not cut it, but if it’s not working as it should, we’ll talk). We believe in making things right, so we’re here to help!
Step 3: The Money-Back Solution
If nothing else works, and your projector simply isn’t making your life 100% brighter (pun intended), then yes, we’ll process a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. But remember, this is our last-ditch effort to make things right. We always aim to resolve issues first before offering the grand finale refund.
The Fine Print (A.K.A. The Boring but Important Stuff)
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. No exceptions. We’re based in Delaware, so our policy aligns with local laws, meaning you're protected under the friendly umbrella of Delaware's consumer rights.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned projector, your refund will be processed. It may take a few business days to show up on your account, but we’ll make sure your bank knows we’re not ghosting you.
Still Have Questions?
If you're on the fence about whether the projector’s 180-degree rotation is blowing your mind (or if it’s just blowing warm air), reach out to our customer service team first.
